Institutional strengthening and development

According to the findings of the Organizational Capacity Assessment 2018–2023, PID Uganda (Goteo–Uganda) has difficulties with regard to the fundamental components of an effective organization, including governance and other related issues.

We will strengthen the capacity of the Secretariat by investing in building a resource base of tools and, and human resource. The organizational strengthening will focus on organizational Governance and resource mobilization in the following areas;

·        Institutional performance monitoring

·        Planning and accountability

·        Resource mobilization
